HR Executive - WALK IN (11 AM - 1 PM)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the recruitment communication process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft and send emails to candidates regarding job details, interview schedules, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related communications and activities.
• Assist in creating job postings and sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role or in customer service/sales with strong communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using email and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
