We are seeking an HR Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Chandigarh, India. The HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain employee records, manage onboarding and training, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee engagement activities, assisting in performance appraisals, addressing employee relations concerns, and supporting daily HR operations to foster a positive work environment.

• Proficiency in recruitment techniques including talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong knowledge in employee relations management, onboarding, and HR compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for coordinating employee engagement and training programs.
• Ability to handle performance management systems and support career development initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR tools/software and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Prior HR experience is a plus; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
