This is a full-time HR role. Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and creating inclusive programs
  • Strong skills in Personnel Management and HR-related strategy development
  • Ability to foster positive workplace cultures and enforce compliance with employment laws
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in remote team collaboration is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR tools and software is beneficial
