Job Description
We're expanding our HR team with an HR Executive- Talent Acquisition (1-4 years of experience) to make Zippee: The Best Place to Work At.
You will implement strategies to recruit, hire, and onboard rockstar talent.

This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Role & responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and talent pipelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
