About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive- Talent Acquisition & Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, building hiring processes, and supporting employee lifecycle activities in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Post jobs on job portals, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Conduct HR interviews and support salary discussions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- Support campus hiring and internship programs
HR Operations
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records in HRMS
- Coordinate joining formalities and background verification
- Support attendance and payroll inputs
- Handle employee queries and HR coordination
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Support performance appraisal cycles and HR compliance documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 Years HR work experience in recruitment / HR operations (B2B Manufacturing- Fragrance & Flavours, Pharma, Cosmetics)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Basic knowledge of labour laws is an advantage
