Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.

• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define role profiles.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and direct outreach.

• Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and drive closures within timelines.

• Manage and coordinate with 2–3 external recruitment/staffing agencies — set expectations, review profiles, and track performance.

• Plan and execute campus placement drives (1–2 times a year), including coordination with colleges, placement cells, and interview panels.

• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for management review.

HR Operations

• Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

• Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Support performance appraisal cycles — scheduling, documentation, and coordination with managers.

• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and internal HR communications.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable labour laws, and HR best practices.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and internal celebrations.

• Drive culture-building initiatives aligned with NeevIQ's values and people philosophy.

• Gather employee feedback through surveys and suggest actionable improvements.

• Support internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in an HR role (IT/Tech industry preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and recruitment practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Work from office - 5 days a week

Requirements
