Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong recruitment background and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Non-IT hiring. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and general HR activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the entire recruitment cycle. - Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels. - Advertise job openings across multiple platforms. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further assessments. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards. - Manage candidate expectations to ensure a smooth hiring experience. - Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices. - Assist new hires during the onboarding process. - Proficiently use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. - Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives. - Administer performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms. - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. - Support learning and development activities. - Manage HR metrics, reporting, and audits.

Requirements

  • Key Requirements:** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in hardcore recruitment. - Strong exposure to corporate sales and operations. - Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines. - Excellent sourcing skills (including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
