We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment, HR operations, documentation, asset coordination, and employee engagement while working closely with business and delivery teams.

Role Summary

The HR Executive will handle complete HR lifecycle management including internal hiring, external screening, recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, asset management, stakeholder reporting, and engagement activities.

This role requires strong ownership, execution speed, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment (Internal + External Hiring)
  • Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors
  • Conduct HR screening & first-level interviews
  • Evaluate technical & cultural fit
  • Schedule client/internal interviews
  • Coordinate feedback and follow-ups
  • Support salary negotiations
  • Close positions within defined timelines
  • Maintain active candidate pipeline
  • Talent Screening & Shortlisting
  • Pre-screen resumes and profiles
  • Conduct structured evaluation calls
  • Prepare candidate summary with justification
  • Present shortlisted candidates to stakeholders
  • Maintain screening tracker and status
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Roll out offer/appointment letters
  • Collect joining documents
  • Initiate BGV checks
  • NDA & policy acknowledgement collection
  • Employee folder creation in SharePoint
  • System & access coordination
  • Exit formalities and documentation during offboarding
  • HR Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records and agreements
  • Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, internship letters, experience letters
  • Maintain trackers and HR MIS
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation
  • Update onboarding sheets and HR databases
  • Asset & IT Coordination
  • Coordinate laptop/desktop allocation
  • Maintain asset inventory register
  • Track asset issuance and return
  • Ensure email signature updates
  • Manage ID creation and system access
  • Coordinate with IT for compliance
  • Event & Employee Engagement
  • Organize team events, celebrations, and culture activities
  • Plan monthly/quarterly engagement programs
  • Support fun initiatives (Music Friday, events, activities, etc.)
  • Maintain positive employee experience
  • Conduct regular check-ins
  • Talent & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Talent teams
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for staffing
  • Share hiring updates and requirements
  • Manage communication across departments
  • Reporting & Weekly Updates
  • Maintain recruitment trackers
  • Share weekly hiring status
  • Share onboarding/offboarding updates
  • Asset status reporting
  • Provide MIS and monthly summary to management

Eligibility

  • MBA/PGDM/Graduate in HR or related field
  • 0.9 1.5 years HR/Recruitment experience
  • Freshers with strong internships may apply
