HR Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with client and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, references, etc.).
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, X-ray, and Flip search to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage the interview process including scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure excellent candidate engagement and experience throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve recruitment targets and support the team in meeting client expectations.
