Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, job postings, interviewing, offer negotiation, orientation, and onboarding.
Post job advertisements on various platforms, including newspapers, online job portals, schools portals, community center portals and recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment legislation and guidelines.
Pre-screen incoming resumes, shortlist candidates for interview and provide an update to candidates on interview outcomes.
Conduct virtual or in-person interviews and assessments for non-executive and supervisor level positions.
Communicate effectively with hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process.
Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) for new hires and brief them on the employment terms and conditions.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to facilitate smooth onboarding.
Input employees master records in the Human Resource Management System (HMS) ensure accuracy and completeness of onboarding and offboarding documents and requirements.
Handle all employment pass applications and renewals for Work Permit (WP)
Facilitate the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
Manage processes for staff confirmation, staff contract renewal and resignation.
Compile and prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review, including monitoring headcount changes.
Job requirements
Diploma in Business or equivalent preferred
Possess experience in recruitment
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
