Job Description

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews.

- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.


2. Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.

- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a collaborative and motivated workforce.


3. Performance Management:

- Support the performance appraisal process, including documentation, feedback collection, and performance improvement plans.

- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for team members.


4. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.


5. Benefits and Compensation:

- Participate in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee queries.

- Assist in compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.


6. Training and Development:

- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance employees skills and professional growth.


7. HR Projects:

- Contribute to various HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellness programs, and process improvements.



Requirements Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR functions, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
