Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join a F&B Company located in the Funan Central Region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain personnel files and attendance records.
  • Handle payroll processing.
  • Employee relations support. Processing new hires, employee changes and terminations
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, posting job advert/requisition, facilitated interviews for the hiring managers.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • All work passes related matters including Pass Application, Renewal & Cancellation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Singaporean only
