Position: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in recruitment and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment cycle, generating business/client leads, and supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates till joining.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Lead Generation Responsibilities

  • Generate potential client leads through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and online research.
  • Connect with companies for business development and recruitment opportunities.
  • Maintain database of prospective clients and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and target industries.

HR Coordination

  • Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Support HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Prepare reports related to recruitment and lead generation activities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience in lead generation and client coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
  • Experience in consultancy/recruitment industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment and cold calling will be an added advantage.
