Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure candidate data is current and accurate.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist in organising and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
