Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings and update the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and selection criteria.

Skills and Qualifications
