Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of the organization. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, or freshers looking to start their career in human resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events to attract candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
