Role Summary

We are looking for a Psychology-driven HR Executive who can scientifically understand, assess, and interpret employee and candidate behavior. The ideal candidate should be able to identify behavioral patterns, translate observations into measurable competencies, and support evidence-based people decisions across hiring and employee management. This role requires a blend of Psychology, Industrial Relations, Behavioral Assessment, and Talent Evaluation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, analyze, and interpret employee behavior patterns using scientific and evidence-based approaches.
  • Conduct psychometric and behavioral assessments for candidates and employees.
  • Translate behavioral observations into competency frameworks and actionable insights
  • Support Industrial Relations initiatives by understanding workforce dynamics and employee concerns,
  • Design and administer structured interview frameworks and assessment methodologies.
  • Conduct interview rounds and evaluate candidates using competency-based evaluation techniques.
  • Develop behavioral interview guides, rating scales, and assessment rubrics.
  • Assist managers in identifying high-potential talent and behavioral risk indicatons.
  • Maintain assessment reports, documentation, and evaluation scorecards.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to improve employee engagement and workplace effectiveness.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Behavioral Assessment, Talent Assessment, Employee Relations, or HR.
  • Strong understanding of psychometrics, behavioral science, and competency-based interviewing
  • Ability to articulate human behavior through structured observations, evidence, and measurable indicators
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interviewing skills.
