Salary: 25,000/month + PF + HDFC Ergo Mediclaim

Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage on-ground HR activities across store locations, including recruitment support, employee relations, attendance management, onboarding, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for store-level positions across assigned locations

• Visit stores regularly to address employee grievances and HR-related concerns

• Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR policy compliance

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and applicable labour requirements

• Coordinate between store management and central HR

• Support employee engagement activities

• Assist with disciplinary and employee-related processes when required

• Maintain HR records and provide regular updates to the HR Manager

Requirements

• Graduate; MBA / PG Diploma in HR preferred

• 2+ years of HR experience

• Retail or multi-location HR experience preferred

• Willingness to travel frequently between store locations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities

• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and labour compliance
