Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and coordination with Placement agency
- Manage Payroll Processing and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Oversee Time Office functions including attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling
- Handle General Administration tasks such as facility management, vendor coordination, and office supplies
- Ensure smooth inter-office coordination between Faridabad and Gurgaon locations
- Support employee engagement, onboarding, and documentation processes
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Be open to regular travel between both offices as per operational needs
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Payroll software and HRMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Time Office operations
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- Ability to manage multi-location HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–10 years of relevant HR experience
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance procedures preferred
