Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of potential candidates across various domains (IT/Non-IT)- C2H
  • Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
  • Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Responsible for full cycle of recruiting
  • Sourcing candidates from various job portals, linkedIn & other databases

Key Requirements:

  • High-Volume Sourcing Capability: Proven ability to deliver 1015 relevant profiles per day across various roles.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working under tight deadlines with daily/weekly goals and closure SLAs.
  • Contract Staffing Acumen: Prior experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring, understanding of contractor lifecycle and basic compliance norms (e.g., PF, ESI).
  • Product Engineering Hiring Experience is preferred especially for roles in tech/start-up/product-based companies.
  • Domestic Hiring and Permanent Hiring experience is a strong plus.
  • Background in staffing/consulting firms preferred.
  • Experience- 1-5 years of experience, majorly into C2H hiring models
