We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Payroll to join our team in Panaji. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll process for all employees in compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in the HRIS system.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar).
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Understanding of labor laws and taxation regulations in India.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
