Position Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance management.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll systems, and high accuracy in execution.

Primary Responsibilities

Payroll Management:

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing

• Salary structuring, reimbursements, incentives & F&F settlement

• Ensure accurate statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)

• Coordination with finance for salary disbursement

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus

• Timely filing of returns (monthly/quarterly/annual)

• Handle audits, inspections & notices

• Ensure timely statutory payments

Employee Support:

• Handle payroll & tax queries

• Support UAN, PF transfer, ESIC registration

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare MIS & payroll reports

• Maintain registers & audit records

• Support internal & external audits

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / HR / Finance

Certifications

Payroll / Labour Law Certification (Preferred)
