As a pivotal part of our Talent & Culture engine, you'll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and elevate HR practices that attract, retain, and inspire top talent in a dynamic, future-focused work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle management—from onboarding to exit—including documentation, compliance, and experience design.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: screening, scheduling interviews, managing offers, and ensuring seamless candidate journeys.
- Administer payroll, benefits, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving HR-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Support HR initiatives around engagement, performance management, internal mobility, and policy implementation.
- Maintain and audit HR records, reports, and dashboards to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- HRMS tool- PyjamaHR
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws)
- MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data formatting)
- Employee onboarding & offboarding workflows
- Recruitment coordination & ATS management
Preferred
- Experience in Digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with HR analytics dashboards
- Knowledge of HR policies & employee handbook design
