Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive - Non IT

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations issues effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Organize employee recognition programs and events.
  • Conduct exit interviews and address feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Research and implement best practices in HR management.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies and programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legislation affecting HR practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with HR software and databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for employee development and organizational culture.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and job boards.
  • Knowledge of Payroll will be plus.
