A fast-growing technology group operating in enterprise software and AI-enabled product development, serving global customers with cloud-native solutions and data-driven services. The HR team supports rapid scaling, on-site operations across India, and a performance-driven engineering and product culture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment: create job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, manage offers and complete onboarding for on-site hires across India.
- Execute payroll processing and manage monthly statutory obligations (PF, ESI, TDS), ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
- Maintain and administer HRIS and employee records; generate HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including probation reviews, confirmations, exit interviews, and offboarding compliance.
- Support performance management and training logistics: schedule appraisals, track goals and coordinate learning programs.
- Act as first point of contact for employee relations inquiries; investigate issues and partner with managers to resolve workplace concerns.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment and payroll in an on-site corporate environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage with stakeholders across functions and levels.
