As Minds Task continues its global expansion across Europe, the United Kingdom, India, and the Middle East, we are looking for a proactive, people-first, and execution-driven HR Executive who can build strong talent pipelines while also managing core HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an HR Executive at Minds Task Technologies, you will play a dual-impact role across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across technical, sales, marketing, and operational functions while simultaneously ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

This role requires someone who combines strong communication skills with operational discipline. You should be comfortable speaking with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, managing HR documentation, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

You will work closely with leadership, department heads, and external recruitment partners to support Minds Task's fast-paced growth journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, onboarding, and joining formalities for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels while building strong talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, conduct initial HR screening rounds, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance and leave coordination, onboarding/offboarding processes, HR letters, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, team activities, and culture-building programs to enhance overall employee experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases, hiring reports, and ensure proper data confidentiality and process discipline across all HR activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on employer branding, hiring strategies, workforce planning, and HR process improvements to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Coordinate with management and finance teams for payroll inputs, employee updates, policy implementation, and overall HR operational support.
