Roles & Responsibility:

  • End to end Recruitment and talent acquisition activities for Head Office & Plant Level (Technical & Non-Technical)
  • Managing end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing of CVs, alignment of interviews, shortlisting, release of offer letters, completion of joining formalities, on boarding of candidates
  • Coordination with Department Manager for scheduling of interviews, feed backs and other processes
  • Updating Recruitment Trackers and various reports & HR MIS.
  • Documentation Discrepancy resolution
  • Employee Grievance handling
  • Joining Formalities, Documentations, Exit Formalities, etc.
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Vendor Management
  • Handling Manpower Budgets
