Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on
HR Generalist to manage and strengthen our HR function end-to-end. This role involves a mix of operational execution and strategic implementation, covering compliance, payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement across both white-collar and blue-collar teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing and documentation
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment across departments (technical, sales, operations)
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Factories Act, and applicable Labour Laws
- Maintain records and coordinate with consultants or authorities as required
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment
- Ensure adherence to POSH policies and workplace ethics
HR Systems & Policies
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Create and maintain employee handbook
- Support performance management and appraisal systems
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
- Strong practical knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
- Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Vapi, Gujarat
- Should have a strong knowledge of HRMS tools and systems
