Role Overview
As an HR Executive Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in managing people processes and contributing to initiatives that enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
