About the Opportunity
Infrabyte Consulting is hiring an HR Executive Intern for candidates interested in recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, and people operations. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end hiring workflows, structured candidate engagement, and consulting-led HR execution in a remote professional environment.
What You'll Do
* Source and identify candidates through job portals, databases, and professional platforms
* Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability against defined requirements
* Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication processes
* Support onboarding workflows and documentation management
* Maintain candidate pipelines, hiring records, and recruitment trackers
* Assist in job posting, employer outreach, and recruitment process optimization
* Conduct preliminary communication or candidate engagement support
* Help improve recruitment efficiency through structured process coordination
