1. Core Functional Skills
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Human Resources module, including:
- Employee Management: Employee records, position management, and organizational hierarchies.
- Leave and Absence Management: Leave types, approvals, accruals, and absence reporting.
- Compensation and Benefits: Salary structures, allowances, benefits setup, and payroll integration.
- Performance Management: Goals, appraisals, performance tracking, and KPIs.
- Training and Development: Learning plans, training registration, and skill management.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Job requisitions, candidate management, and onboarding workflows.
- Time and Attendance: Shift scheduling, time tracking, and approvals (if integrated).
2. Integration & Technical Awareness
- Understanding of integration with other Dynamics 365 modules:
- Finance & Operations
- Payroll (third-party or native)
- Recruitment module
- Knowledge of Power Platform:
- Power Automate for HR workflow automation
- Power BI for HR analytics and reporting
- Power Apps for custom HR applications
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Creation of HR dashboards and reports using:
- Built-in HR analytics
- Power BI / SQL reporting services
- Workforce metrics analysis, attrition, headcount trends, and compliance reporting
4. Compliance & Localization
- Understanding of local labor laws and regulations (especially Arabic-speaking countries if relevant).
- Ability to configure leave, payroll, and benefits according to local statutory requirements.
5. Soft Skills & Consulting Abilities
- Requirement gathering and process mapping
- Functional solution design
- User training and change management
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
- Project lifecycle involvement: implementation, testing, go-live, and support
