Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts effectively and fairly.
- Administer performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct HR-related training and development sessions for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
