Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and mass mailing
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interactions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment activities
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
