We are a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation organisation registered as a Section 8 (not-for-profit) in 2012. We work on diverse thematic areas aligned to Schedule VII, Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 guidelines.

We provide Table to Field customised CSR services that cover CSR's complete lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting. Job Summary

This full-time, on-site HR Executive/HR Officer position is located in New Delhi. We are seeking a motivated HR Executive/HR Officer to oversee human resources operations and support our staff and volunteers in accomplishing our mission. The role encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and the promotion of a positive, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, designing and implementing HR policies, as well as handling recruitment and onboarding processes. The incumbent will be accountable for supporting the organization through effective human resource strategies and fostering a productive workplace environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end hiring for head office and project staff, including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, according toorganisation policy.
  • HR Operations & Documentation:Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance, and assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Compliance & Policy:Ensure compliance with local labour laws (PF, ESI, etc.) and ensure organisational policies are up to date and ethically sound.
  • Employee Relations & Culture:Act as the primary point of contact for grievances, fostering a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace culture.
  • Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process and assist in employee training and development initiatives.
  • Administration:Assist with administrative requirements at both the head office and project locations, and ensure smooth administration, logistics, etc., for the organisation's operations.

Desired Profile

  • Education:Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the non-profit or CSR sector is a plus
  • Experience:23 years of experience in HR, preferably within the nonprofit or development sector.
  • Skills:Excellent communication, empathetic interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office/HRMS software.
  • Attributes:Passion for the nonprofit sector, high ethical standards, and ability to manage teams and volunteer staff.
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and practices to ensure compliance and effective implementation
  • Strong grasp of core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment and organisational development
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities effectively
  • Passionate about the sector, ready to take the initiative, self-driven, and persuasive.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
