Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Executive - Recruitment Specialist located in Indore. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role also involves handling HR operations, creating and enforcing HR policies, and managing employee relations to foster a positive work environment. This position plays an integral role in driving key HR strategies to meet organizational goals in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work culture
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams in the hospitality sector
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field
