This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role located in Surat. The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, implement and oversee HR policies, ensure smooth employee relations, and support organizational development initiatives. The role involves collaborating with management to address staffing needs and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in HR Operations and ensuring efficient processes
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and maintaining workplace harmony
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
