About The Role
We are hiring an
HR Executive to support and manage various human resources functions at
GMP MediTech, located in
Visnagar, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate induction programs and employee orientation.
- Address employee queries and handle day-to-day HR operations.
- Prepare and assist in monthly payroll processing with accurate attendance and leave data.
- Maintain and update HR documents such as employee files, contracts, appraisal forms, and HR SOPs.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other labor laws.
- Support performance appraisal processes and coordinate employee evaluations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Assist in disciplinary processes and ensure timely documentation and communication.
- Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and service providers when required.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Desirable Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in the medical devices or orthopedic industry will be an advantage.
