Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:- Design and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from online channels (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, social media).
- Screen resumes based on predefined criteria.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and address queries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Induction:- Handle employee induction and onboarding.
- Distribute joining kits to newly hired employees.
- Maintain and update employee records with relevant details.
HR Operations & Compliance:- Track and manage employee attendance and leave requests.
- Approve leaves as per company workflow.
- Complete exit formalities, including experience certificates and relieving letters.
- Maintain employee files with all necessary documentation.
Performance Management & Training:- Keep track of employee performance.
- Develop training and performance management programs.
- Ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement:- Manage and enhance organizational culture.
- Create a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee benefits and compensation programs.
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Requirements and skills
Experience 3-5 Yrs
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Experience with sourcing and generalist techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
