Identify key roles and resources required for succession planning.

Determine training needs and organize in-house and external training programs.

Coordinate initial induction training for new employees.

Plan and execute employee motivation and engagement activities.

Conduct periodical performance reviews.

Maintain documentation of all training programs and related employee expenses.

Arrange and conduct interviews, initial screenings, and coordinate recruitment activities.
