Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data records
• Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and induction processes
• Ensure smooth execution of exit formalities and full & final settlements
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Maintain HR documentation and compliance
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations
• Assist in policy implementation and process improvements

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 25 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations role
• Strong understanding of HR processes and labor compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
