Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support large-scale hiring for our non-tech roles. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles (Pre-Sales, Sales Managers, Marketing, etc.)
• Source candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, etc.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
• Maintain daily recruitment metrics (calls, interviews, closures)
• Ensure strong follow-ups to reduce interview drop-offs
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
• Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring needs
• Support job postings.

Requirements

• MBA (HR) preferred / Graduate (BBA or related fields)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
