Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Rajkot, and freshers are welcome to apply. The HR Executive will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and ensuring accurate attendance and leave tracking. The HR Executive will help coordinate training and development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication. Additional responsibilities include supporting compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, assisting with payroll inputs, and collaborating with other departments to address HR-related queries.

Qualifications

  • Foundational HR knowledge, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with HR-related software or databases.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a structured NBFC environment; prior internship or project experience in HR is beneficial but not required.
  • Availability to work on-site in Rajkot and commit to full-time working hours.
