Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive at UNIQUE TEXTILES LTD, located in Tiruppur. The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, implement and oversee HR policies, handle employee relations, and support HR management processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, developing employee engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing efficient HR processes
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, fostering employee engagement, and managing workplace harmony
• Knowledge and application of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; certifications in HR management are a plus
• Prior experience in the textiles or manufacturing sector is advantageous
