Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines
Maintain employee attendance, leave, salary, and statutory records
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and MIS for management
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and external payroll vendors
Maintain payroll documentation and support internal/external audits
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of HR and payroll records
Assist in other HR operational activities as required
