Job Description

Key Responsibilities

. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer rollout.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process and induction programs.

. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters and experience letters.
  • Track employee attendance and leaves, coordinating with payroll for accurate data.

. Employee Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and company events.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.
