Position: HR Executive Recruitment
Location: Kolhapur
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, engineering, production, and support roles within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business growth objectives and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and job specifications.
2. Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
Screen applications, conduct preliminary evaluations, and maintain strong talent pipelines.
3. Interviewing & Selection
Coordinate and conduct interviews (virtual and in-person).
Arrange technical assessments and collaborate with technical teams for domain evaluation.
Provide structured hiring recommendations to management.
4. Onboarding & Documentation
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including documentation and orientation.
Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
5. Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus drives, and digital recruitment campaigns.
Maintain professional and positive candidate engagement.
6. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment records and MIS reports.
Track hiring metrics, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with HR and department heads on recruitment priorities and manpower planning.
Provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
Qualifications
Education
Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA HR) or any relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in handling senior or specialized hiring.
Experience in leadership hiring within manufacturing sectors such as:
EMC components
Solar
EV
PDU
Filters
Wire Harness
Prior experience in manufacturing, electrical, or electro-mechanical industries is highly preferred.
Proven track record in hiring engineering and technical profiles.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Knowledge of technical and manufacturing roles.
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure.
