About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive with experience in
IT Recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while supporting core HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection.
- Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant job portals.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documents.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee information.
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR administrative activities.
Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
- Assist in basic project coordination and follow-up activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an IT company, recruitment consultancy, or staffing firm will be preferred.
