HR Executive

Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and provide necessary training and orientation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws in India.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
