We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to lead the setup of all HR, legal, and statutory functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Time Attendance & Payroll
- Be proficient to work with automated time attendance system and generate daily MIS reports on absenteeism, Overtime, Leave etc
- Generate Payroll for worker and Staff
- Timely compliance on PF, ESIC & Professional tax.
- Manage employee life cycle like new employee system data creation, email ID generation, joining formalities completion, Nomination form filling and personal file filling etc
- Employee salary data submission
Statutory Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory acts.
- Handle registration and liaisoning with local authorities (PF, ESI, Labour Department, Factory License, etc.).
- Develop and maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance systems.
- Maintaining good working environment.
Recruitment & Workforce Management:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of staff, technicians, and labour workforce.
- To prepare & issue appointment letter, confirmation letter, experience letter, & all employee related matter as per policy
- Establish policies for contract labour and manpower contractors.
- Manage daily labour attendance, payroll inputs, and discipline.
- Precautionary measures regarding manpower recruitment & training.
Administration & Coordination:
- Manage administrative functions like security, housekeeping, and canteen operations.
- Liaise with local government and statutory bodies for plant operations.
- Support management in implementing HR policies, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post Graduate experienced candidates in HR, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations or administrative background
- 58 years of experience in HR & admin roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Proficiently handled Salary and Time attendance systems.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi preferred.
