Job Description:
As an HR Execuitive at CivicMinds Inc., you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand their staffing needs and developeffective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates throughvarious channels, includingjob boards, socialmedia, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications, conductphone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews
- Assess candidates qualifications, skills, and culturalfit for specific roles
- Manage the applicanttracking system (ATS) to keep candidate recordsupdated and generate recruitment reports
- Coordinate job offers,negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding processfor new hires
- Build and maintainrelationships with candidates, ensuring a positivecandidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trendsand best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Time to time employeeengagement for a healthy environment of the company.
- Maintain employeeattendance and payroll.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR preferred
- 6 monthsto 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handlemultiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Officeand experience with applicant trackingsystems (ATS)
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
